HOW IT WORKS
Contact us by phone, email or stop by our office to tell us about your event! We'll have some questions for you, but it's okay if all the details aren't finalized yet. Our goal is to give you a proposal that is as accurate as possible. We can do more than just the food service, we offer bar service, rentals items such as china, glassware and linens, and can even rent additional furnishing for you! The proposal will break down your event by categories, giving you the option to make changes as needed to fit your budget and vision. Most event proposals are not 100% perfect, and your event specialist will be happy to work with you to get it just right!
Once everything looks good, we just need a 50% deposit and a signed contract to get your event booked on our calendar.
After you've booked with us (yay!) your event specialist is your go-to for all questions, comments or concerns you may have about your event. Whether you are a seasoned corporate event planner, or a first time bride your event specialist will be there for you every step of the way. We are happy to meet with you for a menu preview tasting, to go over linen colors, or china options and answer any questions you may have! As your event gets closer your event specialist will confirm your timeline, table settings, menu selections, and all our other notes about your event. So that everyone is on the same page the day of, and you can be a guest at your own event!
On the Day
Our trained staff will arrive on site ready to make your event amazing! In addition to our service staff, your event specialist will be on site through dinner service for most weddings and other events with over 100 guests. Your event specialist's role is to help ensure everything goes according to plan, and as event experts, they will assist with any issues that happen along the way, even if they do not involve our services. They are a friendly and familiar face to help make your event as amazing as you imagined it to be! The number of service staff at each event is determined by your event's service style, guest count, menu selection and service ware style.
The average couple attends 6 weddings before their own, and we don't want you to think your menu has to be the same as every other wedding! While we do offer packaged menus, we also allow you to customize your menu to create a menu that is the right fit for you! Our dinner menus include Italian, Tex Mex, Mediterranean, Country and Pacific Northwest for variety to start with! You can even add on an interactive station to give your guests something they probably haven't seen before (Mashtini, anyone?).
From full bars to toast service only, and everything in between your event specialist will help you determine the right bar service option for you! Our most popular option allows you (the client) to provide your own alcohol, and we will provide everything else needed for the bar as well as alcohol liability insurance. Our licensed bartenders & mixologists will ensure that everyone has a good time, but will also ensure your guests are drinking responsibly as well. Other bar options include hosted bars (we provide the alcohol) or no-host cash bars.
We work with multiple rental companies to provide you with almost anything you can need to complete your wedding look. Primarily your rentals will include linens, china, flatware, and glassware. However we can also assist with furnishings or tent rentals as well! We offer an exclusive discount on standard linens (over 20 different colors). We will handle the ordering, and coordinate any deliveries for you too!
From 1st birthdays to 100th birthdays and every birthday in between we would love to celebrate with you! We are happy to customize your menu to include the honoree's favorite foods and even special desserts!
We believe every year of marriage should be celebrated, and we would be thrilled to be a part of your anniversary party. Our event specialists will happily take care of the logistics, so you can enjoy your special day with your family and friends. We offer food service, bar service and rentals to help make your party one to remember!
Whatever the reason for your gathering, we are here to help! Our goal is for you to be a guest at your own party, and allow you to host a wonderful event for your family and friends with none of the logistical stress. Private Events include family reunions, holiday parties, life celebrations, bridal showers, baby showers, and more!
COMPANY & NON-PROFIT EVENTS
Our delivery, set up and pick up service is the perfect solution to your meal needs. We offer breakfast, lunch (including boxed lunches) & dinner menus, as wall as hors d'oeuvres or stations if you are looking for something a lighter fare. Our staff will set up your meal so that everything is ready to go as soon as your meeting breaks! All of our menus have a minimum guest count of 20.
You want to treat your staff to a wonderful holiday meal to celebrate a year of hard work, and we are here to help ensure you get to enjoy the party too! Our special holiday menus are the perfect fit to give your party that little touch of a home cooked holiday meal, with all of the love and none of the work.
Auctions & Galas
Chances are your to do list is already too long for your upcoming auction, gala or fundraiser. Our event specialists are the perfect partner to help ensure your event is a success. We'll run the logistics of your meal service, bar service and even set up/clean up so you can enjoy all your hard work. From large plated dinners to smaller hors d'oeuvres socials our staff will make sure your guests are catered too throughout the event!
