HOW WE WORK
The Details

Contact us by phone, email or visit our office to tell us about your event! We'll have some questions for you, but it's okay if all the details aren't finalized yet.
We will take this information to put together a proposal.
The Proposal

The proposal will break down your event into categories, giving you the option to make changes as needed to fit your budget and vision. Even the number of service staff at each event is determined by your event's service style, guest count, menu selection and service ware style. Most event proposals do not start 100% perfect, and your Event Coordinator is there to work with you to get it just right!
Booking

Once you have a proposal that is to your liking, we will need you to return it initialed and signed to our office by mail or digitally. This makes it an official signed contract.
At this time, 50% of your event total is due at signing unless there is another agreement between you and your Event Coordinator.
~
After you've booked with us, your Event Coordinator is your go-to for all questions, thoughts or concerns you may have about your event.
Whether you are a seasoned corporate event planner or a first time bride, your Event Coordinator is there for you every step of the way.
We are happy to meet with you for a preview tasting of your selected menu, where we can go over linen colors, China options, and answer any questions you may have!
Service & Coordination

As you move closer to the date of the event, your Event Coordinator will confirm the timeline, table settings, menu selections, and all our other notes about the day.
Our goal is for you to be a guest at your own event!
In addition to our service staff, your Event Coordinator will be on site through service for most weddings and other large events.
Your Event Coordinator's role is to help ensure everything goes according to plan. They will assist with any issues that may arise and they are a friendly and familiar face to help make your event as amazing as you imagined it would be!
