Our Menu Previews are a chance to taste your event menu beforehand. Occasions has our Head Chef come in to prepare your personalized menu.
Our Menu Previews are available for a max group size of four people, with the cost at $20 per guest.
However, if you have signed, or sign your contract with Occasions Catering at the tasting, your tasting fee is waived.
Even if you aren’t sure of your exact selections on your proposal, we can move forward for you to select the following:
Two hors d’oeuvres
One salad selection
Two entrees and two sides.
We must have a preliminary proposal completed and sent for your review before we schedule your Menu Preview. We do this because we want you to know exactly what your overall estimated cost is, to ensure you are tasting a menu within your budget.
If you must cancel or postpone your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hour notice will result in full charge of the service amount.
